Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to me and much appreciated, it is a time reserved just for you. I understand that sometimes things happen or adjustments are simply necessary. Therefore I request that appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your set appointment. I do understand that emergencies and unavoidable events do happen so I will do my best to work with you.
If your appointment is rescheduled within the 24 hour period of your original slot, your deposit will roll over to your rescheduled appointment.
If you cancel within the 24 hour period you will be charged the deposit and will have to pay another deposit to reschedule
If you fail to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of agreed appointment time you will be charged for the full service.
NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of service amount
If you schedule an appointment less than 24 hours from service you forfeit the opportunity to reschedule without a courtesy fee. Please do not book and expect to make last minute changes, if you do not show up you will be charged.
If you show up to your appointment and decide to cancel you will be charged 100% of service
If card on file is canceled or not valid you will be blocked from booking future appointments.
There will be a 5 min grace period at no cost 10 min $10 anything past 15 min will require rescheduling, and there will be a rescheduling fee of $10 added to next service
Lastly, please do not book an appointment if you are in a time crunch I do not intend on rushing as you are a valued customer and deserve to be treated as such.
